If a piece of hardware is diagnosed to be at fault, our computer technicians are able to provide you with a quote to replace the faulty hardware. If you give us the go-ahead, we can either install the new part from our instore common part inventory or order the part in from our suppliers. Depending on which part is installed, all parts have a base level warranty.
