Microsoft seems to be doing everything it can short of forcing you to upgrade to Windows 10. For whatever reason you have, maybe you don’t want to go ahead? We have seen several computers in the store with computer problem relating to Windows 10. Most issues relate to a software or a device such as a printer not being supported.
